Promotion officials confirmed the pairing on Tuesday. UFC Fight Night 127 takes place at the O2 Arena in London on March 17. A headliner for the event has not been announced. The card will stream in its entirety on UFC Fight Pass.
Dos Santos has won his last four Octagon appearances, including a three-round verdict over Max Griffin in his most recent outing at UFC Fight Night 119.
