UFC Fight Night 76 headliner Dustin Poirier says he'll never head back down featherweight again after his recent move to 155 pounds.
Dustin Poirier isn't quite sure how he was able to make the featherweight limit so many times. The current lightweight, who will headline UFC Fight Night 76 against Joseph Duffy this weekend in Ireland, says that he feels way better at 155 than he ever did trying to make 145. To the degree that he says he'll never do it again. Poirier spoke to Fox Sports about it:
"I've been dieting for months and training hard for months and just getting down to be around 170 pounds, that's crazy compared to what I used to have to do to get down to 145.
