Dustin Poirier wasn’t too happy with Nate Diaz boasting that he had kicked the fight game back into gear in his ‘BMF’ title bout against Jorge Masvidal in 2019.
‘The Diamond’ responded to Diaz via Twitter, telling the Stockton local to stop desperately looking for credit on social media.
“Stop it Nathan,” Poirier wrote on Sunday morning.
Poirier then followed up with a Tweet claiming that he would KO Diaz if the UFC were to re-book their lightweight matchup from 2018, when Poirier pulled out of the UFC 230 co-main event due to injury.
