Donald Cerrone responds to Dana White on MMAAA involvement - 'He's right ... he saved my ass'

Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) President Dana white wasn't too pleased when he found out that Donald Cerrone was among the initial group of mixed martial arts (MMA) who introduced the Mixed Martial Arts Athletes Association (MMAAA) last week alongside Bjorn Rebney, Georges St-Pierre, Cain Velasquez, T.J. Dillashaw and Tim Kennedy.

That’s because White and "Cowboy" seem to have a special friendship outside the cage, one that goes beyond that of promoter and fighter. Indeed, Cerrone could often be seen waltzing into UFC headquarters and into White’s office essentially unannounced during past "Embedded" episodes simply to shoot the breeze or demand a short-notice fight.
