Former UFC tournament winner and Pride stalwart Don Frye will be added to the UFC Hall of Fame next month.
One of the most memorable fighters in the history of MMA will take his place in the UFC Hall of Fame next month. Don Frye, who began as one of first well-rounded fighters and eventually became known for his brawling and patriotism, will be inducted during the UFC Fan Expo. The UFC announced the addition with a video package during the UFC 199 PPV.
Frye, 50, was an NCAA Division 1 wrestling champ and a judo black belt and made a huge impression with three straight KOs to win the UFC 8 tournament.
