That’s right, longtime friend, teammate and cornerman of Conor McGregor, Dillon Danis, will not be allowed anywhere near ‘The Notorious’s’ corner for the Irishman’s return fight against Donald Cerrone at UFC 246, per Yahoo Sports! Kevin Iole.
Danis is barred due to his involvement in the UFC 229 post-fight brawl at Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena which saw Khabib Nurmagomedov leap over the Octagon fence and attack Danis after the SBG Ireland product reportedly hurled abuse at Khabib from cageside. The 26-year-old was fined $7,500 by the Nevada State Athletic Commission but has yet to pay the full amount.
