Though none of the contests on the main card are can’t-miss – there isn’t a contest on the card that can be labeled that way – three at least offer a competitive contest. The fourth contest – the opener – features Alexander Volkanovski who is by far the best Australian prospect at this point. That he is in a contest that isn’t expected to be competitive isn’t the UFC’s fault, as visa issues and injury forced the UFC to rotate through four opponents before setting on one. Perhaps the UFC could be given a bit of a pass as over half of the main card contests were besieged by fighters withdrawing for various reasons.
