UFC 226 took a massive hit when it was announced Max Holloway was being removed from the card due to concussion-like symptoms, canceling his title bout with Brian Ortega. However, there are still some quality contests left on the card. In fact, there are still some awesome fights for this card. Francis Ngannou and Derrick Lewis was promoted to the co-main event. Though it isn’t a title fight, it is about as high quality of a co-main event that you can get that isn’t a title fight. Plus, former lightweight champion Anthony Pettis is in action and the PPV opener looks like it could be a real slobber knocker.
