Diego Rivas (7-0) may have secured the knockout of the year – and it's only February.
Taking on Noah Lahat (9-2) at UFC Fight Night 82 in Las Vegas, Rivas struggled throughout Round 1 as he was out-grappled by his foe and pinned with his back to the mat.
After surviving a few seemingly close submission attempts, Rivas entered Round 2 aggressively.
Violence followed.
Rivas timed a flying knee perfectly as his opponent stepped in, putting Lahat out on impact.

While Rivas scored the impressive victory, the scene was a bit scary, as Lahat lay unconscious on the canvas for quite some time.
