Faced with an arguable must-win situation, longtime featherweight contender Dennis Bermudez has his next fight lined up. Newsday’s Mark Lamonica reported on Friday that the New Yorker is set to fight Rick Glenn on the UFC’s debut card in Idaho this July.
Bermudez (16-8) is on a three-fight losing streak, which started with a KO at the hands of Chan Sung Jung, then was followed up by split decisions against Darren Elkins and Andre Fili. The Ultimate Fighter season 14 runner-up once racked up a seven-fight winning streak, only for Ricardo Lamas to snap that with a first-round finish.
