A pair of big time prospect killers will do battle at UFC 218 when lightweights David Teymur and Drakkar Klose face-off Dec. 2 in Detroit, Mich. The Detroit Free Press first reported the booking Monday.
Teymur (6-1), a former contestant on The Ultimate Fighter 22, is undefeated in three UFC contests following his run on the show. The 28-year-old Swedish-born fighter picked up back-to-back second-round knockout wins over Martin Svensson and Jason Novelli in 2016, but really made a statement with his most recent performance, a unanimous decision win over highly-touted prospect Lando Vannata in March at UFC 209.
