Featherweight contender Daniel Weichel is scheduled to take on Paul Redmond at Bellator 169 in Dublin.
The news was announced by the promotion on Friday.
The 31-year-old Weichel is currently on a two-fight winning streak, with his last loss coming to Patrício Freire back in 2015. Weichel last competed at Bellator 159 in July, defeating Emmanuel Sanchez via split decision. The German fighter is 9-1 in his past 10 bouts, and 37-9 as a professional fighter.
Meanwhile, Redmond will be making his Bellator debut, as he looks to bounce back from a two-fight losing streak that had him cut from the UFC.
