Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) lightweight champion Conor McGregor shook up the combat sports community earlier this week by obtaining his boxing license from California State Athletic Commission (CSAC).
Why?
That’s a good question. Perhaps “Notorious” wants to test his might in the “sweet science” before securing a life-changing payday against Floyd Mayweather. Or maybe he just likes trolling the mixed martial arts (MMA) media.
Don’t ask promotion president Dana White, because he’s in the dark like everybody else.
“I have no idea what Conor is doing,” White told Yahoo Sports.
