Paulo Costa is making waves in the UFC middleweight division.
The Brazilian defeated Uriah Hall with a second-round TKO at UFC 226 in the featured preliminary bout last Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas — most would consider it the biggest win of his career. One of the many people he has impressed over the course of his undefeated run in the Octagon is UFC president Dana White, who expects to headline a card with Costa sooner than later.
“I think that that kid is the next big Brazilian star,” White said at the UFC 226 post-fight press conference.
