Dana White hints at retirement for Holly Holm following KO loss to Amanda Nunes: ‘She’s had an amazing career’

Dana White has been very vocal about wanting Luke Rockhold to retire after suffering a devastating knockout loss to Jan Blachowicz at UFC 239, and the fight promoter also thinks he should have a talk with Holly Holm following her championship defeat to Amanda Nunes this past Saturday in the UFC 239 co-main event.

Holm, the former UFC women’s bantamweight champion, was knocked out with a head kick and follow-up punches in round one, which marked ‘The Preacher’s Daughter’s’ first ever knockout loss.

Holm is now 2-5 in her last seven bouts inside the Octagon and White thinks it might be a good time for the 37-year-old to think about hanging up the gloves.
