After his highly-publicized split with Diego Sanchez, controversial guru Joshua Fabia threw out several allegations. One of them was against the UFC and Nevada State Athletic Commission, claiming that they wanted Sanchez to throw his UFC 239 fight against Michael Chiesa in 2019.
The UFC could file a defamation lawsuit against Fabia if they wanted to. But according to company president Dana White, there is no point in doing so.
“I don’t think he does (damage the UFC’s reputation),” White told TUF 1 alum Mike Swick on the Real Quick podcast.
