It looks as if we will be seeing Cris Cyborg compete at UFC 214 this summer, although we can definitely rule out one particular opponent.
Dana White said on the UFC Unfiltered podcast that Cyborg is “definitely fighting on the July 29 card in Anaheim,” but they’re still working on finding her an opponent. Invicta FC featherweight champion Megan Anderson isn’t an option, as she’s confirmed to be defending her belt against Helena Kolesnyk on July 15th.
Cyborg (17-1, 1 NC) has fought twice in the UFC, recording TKO victories over Leslie Smith and Lina Lansberg at 140 lbs catchweights.
