Greg Hardy’s win over Ben Sosoli at UFC Boston on Friday was overturned to a No Contest. The decision came from Hardy’s inhaler use in between the second and third rounds, which UFC VP Marc Ratner deemed as “completely illegal.”
“The Prince of War” argued that he was allowed by the commission to use the said medical device. But for UFC president Dana White, Hardy’s cornermen should have known better.
“First of all, Din Thomas. Come on, Din. You’ve been in this game forever,” White told reporters during a post-fight scrum. “His corner, they gotta know you can’t use an inhaler in the corner.
