According to The Daily News, Henderson will meet Hector Lombard at UFC 199. In addition, strawweights Jessica Andrade and Jessica Penne were also reported for the June 4 lineup.
Henderson was slated to fight Machida Saturday, but on Wednesday Machida admitted to taking a banned substance during an out-of-competition drug test and was pulled from the bout.
Speaking of flunked drug tests, Lombard returned from a yearlong steroid suspension March’s TKO loss to Neil Magny.
Henderson has lost seven of his past nine fights, most recently getting knocked out by Vitor Belfort in November. Another devastating loss here and the 45-year-old might be forced to look for employment elsewhere if he wants to resume his illustrious career.
