Having notched a quick victory at UFC Argentina, strawweight contender Cynthia Calvillo is wasting very little time getting back into the Octagon for her next fight.
The Orange County Register reported on Wednesday that Calvillo will take on Cortney Casey at UFC 233 on January 26th in Anaheim, California. The night’s main card airs live on pay-per-view, with prelims on ESPN and ESPN+.
Calvillo (7-1) submitted Poliana Botelho less than two weeks ago in Buenos Aires, marking her return to action after a nine-month Nevada Athletic Commission suspension for a positive marijuana test for her UFC 219 loss to Carla Esparza.
