UFC strawweight Cynthia Calvillo is ready to get back in the win column at UFC Argentina.
Scheduled for a bout against rising striker Poliana Botelho, the Team Alpha Male athlete tells Ag Fight she expects the hardest fight of her career, which even involves a match against former champion Carla Esparza.
“In my last fight (against Esparza), we expected the fight to go a different way,” Calvillo said. “So our only focus now is to win. I’ll be ready for everything she tries to do. To me, every upcoming fight is the toughest one. I know she (Botelho) is really tough, but I’m expecting the toughest of my life, we’re ready for everything.
