Invicta FC featherweight champion Cris Cyborg made a successful Octagon debut by knocking out Leslie Smith in the very first round at UFC 198 on May 14, 2016 in Curitiba, Brazil, in a bout that was contested at 140 pounds.
And though she was momentarily rumored to be returning to the eight-walled cage to face bantamweight contender Germaine de Randamie at UFC 201 on July 30, Cyborg was quick to dismiss it. That's because she is still determined on defending her 145-pound strap for Invicta.
Plus, if UFC matchmakers want her to make the grueling cut down to 140 pounds again, they have to come correct with some super fights, as she declared on The MMA Hour.
