After a dominant decision victory over Felicia Spencer at UFC 240, Cristiane Justino explained why a rematch with two-division champion Amanda Nunes was far from foregone conclusion.
Most of the issues for “Cyborg” center around a contentious relationship with UFC president Dana White. She still resents White for mocking her before she joined the Las Vegas-based promotion, and more recently, she claims the UFC boss is lying about her unwillingness to accept a fight with Nunes. “Everybody knows I don’t have the best and greatest relationship with UFC, I don’t have the best relationship with Dana White,” Justino said at Saturday’s post-fight press conference.
