Conor McGregor's manager releases statement after UFC 223 chaos, fighter’s arrest

Two days after Conor McGregor’s attack on a bus full of UFC fighters in Brooklyn, his manager Audie Attar released a statement on the situation.

“The Notorious”, who once held the UFC featherweight and lightweight belts, was arrested after entering the Barclays Center with several friends and teammates and throwing objects at a bus, allegedly targeting fellow UFC fighter Khabib Nurmagomedov and hurting several people in the process, including UFC 223 fighters Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg.

McGregor’s actions caused the cancellations of three bouts that were scheduled to take place at Saturday night’s UFC 223 in Brooklyn, and the UFC star is facing multiple charges for his actions in New York.
