Ever since Conor McGregor’s dolly-hurling bus attack during UFC 223 fight week in April, fight fans have been clamoring for the moment both he and current lightweight Khabib Nurmagomedov would finally come face-to-face.
When the fight between the rivals was finally made official for UFC 229 in October, it seemed inevitable the two would take part in some sort of explosive faceoff, presumably during some sort of media appearance in the weeks leading up to the event.
Now, less than one month from their title fight, Nurmagomedov and McGregor will finally take the stage for their first press conference this Thursday in New York City.
