MMA superstar Conor McGregor was led out of a New York City police station in handcuffs Friday morning after being charged with three counts of assault and one count of criminal mischief following an incident at UFC 223 Media Day.
Matt Davis of BBC Sport received confirmation of the charges from an NYPD spokesperson. WBZ-TV provided video of McGregor's exit from the police station:

McGregor crashed the press conference along with a large entourage two days before the April 7 pay-per-view, resulting in a backstage melee that left fighters Michael Chiesa and Ray Borg injured and unable to compete, per Brett Okamoto of ESPN.
