UFC’s Saturday night card in Fortaleza, Brazil was a stacked one on paper, but the actual fights that took place definitely did not disappoint. The two co-headliners, in particular, ended in spectacular finishes, as the both José Aldo and Marlon Moraes extend their respective win streaks.
Apparently watching all the action unfold was suspended UFC lightweight contender Conor McGregor. “The Notorious” tweeted out his reaction to the night of fights, while also confirming his interest in fighting in Brazil.
McGregor being “so close” to fighting in Brazil last year was in reference to his apparent plans to face Rafael dos Anjos for the interim welterweight title at UFC 224.
