Former lightweight and featherweight champion Conor McGregor will be in the UFC for quite a while. On Thursday, it was confirmed that “The Notorious” has signed a new eight-fight deal with the company.
While the monetary terms of the said deal have not been specified, an ESPN report states that it will include McGregor’s ‘Proper Twelve’ whiskey as a sponsor for every event that the Irishman fights in.
According to UFC president Dana White, drafting up a new deal for his most prized fighter on the roster was not a difficult task.
”It’s not hard to do a deal with Conor McGregor because we know what he’s worth,” White said.
