Conor McGregor was banned from driving for six months and fined more than $1,000 for speeding in his native Ireland, according to a report from RTE.
McGregor recently appeared in Naas District Court to face charges for speeding, driving without a license, failing to produce a license at the scene and failing to produce a license at a garda (police) station. The former UFC champion pleaded guilty to driving 154 km/h in a 100 km/h zone at Blackchurch on the N7, Kill, Co Kildare on Oct. 11, 2017.
McGregor pleaded guilty to speeding, and the other charges were withdrawn after it was determined he did indeed have a driver’s license.
