Color Conor McGregor impressed.
Following Donald Cerrone’s dominant performance over Alexander Hernandez at UFC Brooklyn, the ‘Cowboy’ once again called the former two-division champion out to face him in a lightweight matchup, but this time around, ‘The Notorious’ actually answered the challenge.
Shortly after the fight, McGregor tweeted he accepts a fight against Cerrone, hinting he was impressed with Donald’s win.
“For a fight like that, Donald. I’ll fight you. Congratulations,” McGregor wrote.
Most recently, Conor McGregor (21-4) faced Khabib Nurmagomedov for the lightweight championship at UFC 229 this past October. He lost the fight via submission in the fourth round.
