If Colby Covington can’t get that title shot against UFC welterweight champion Tyron Woodley, it won’t be for lack of outside-the-cage trying.
Covington took on “TyQuil Woodley” at a pro-wrestling event over the weekend in New Jersey and, naturally, won by knockout in the first round via head kick of the parody matchup. The fake Woodley, who was demonstrably not in the shape of the man his character is based on, even came to the ring holding a replica UFC belt at the WrestlePro show in Rahway.
#NerdBash2018 kicked off at @wrestlepro in Rahway this weekend.
