SBG Ireland head coach John Kavanagh says Conor McGregor's training regime for UFC 202 has been very strict.
No more waking up at 11pm to begin training sessions for Conor McGregor. According to longtime coach John Kavanagh, 'The Notorious' has undergone a 'military style' training regime in preparation for Nate Diaz at UFC 202.
McGregor, known for his spontaneity and carefree attitude, is in the gym for 1pm and follows a specific set of training exercises. Kavangh went into detail on ESPN's Five Round podcast on Thursday.
"If I was to sum it up, there's order to this training camp," Kavanagh said during a recent appearance on ESPN's Five Rounds podcast.
