Question marks loom over Conor McGregor’s ground game ahead of tomorrow’s lightweight title fight with Khabib Nurmagomedov at UFC 229, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu coach Eddie Bravo believes he has the perfect student to exploit the Irishman’s weakness.
While many fans believe Khabib’s wrestling to be McGregor’s kryptonite, Bravo says Tony Ferguson has the jiu jitsu to dismantle ‘The Notorious’ on the ground.
Speaking to BJPenn.com Radio in a recent interview, Bravo said ‘El Cucuy’ would ‘destroy’ McGregor on the mat and is hoping Ferguson goes on to face the Dubliner after the dust settles from UFC 229.
