Clay Guida will lock horns with Thiago Tavares at Ginasio do Ibirapuera in Sao Paulo, Brazil. The showdown was made official Friday morning on the UFC’s official website.
Guida (32-15) is 3-2 in the Octagon since making the move to 145 pounds and last saw action in a unanimous decision win against Robbie Peralta on April 5. The 33-year-old Jackson-Wink MMA product has not secured a finish since he tapped Takanori Gomi with a guillotine choke on Jan.
