Chuck Liddell thinks he would have caused Jon Jones problems in the octagon if he was to face ‘Bones’ whilst in his prime.
Liddell (21-9) dominated the UFC’s 205-pound division long over a decade ago, beating some of the best names in MMA. “The Iceman” came out of retirement in November 2018 for a one-off fight against Tito Ortiz to fulfil their trilogy, but Liddell lost by first-round KO. He is now 0-4 in his last four fights.
Before coming out of his retirement Liddell showed an interest in fighting Jones, in which prompted a stern response from the current light heavyweight champion.
