After a successful stint on The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 19 that culminated in a Middleweight tournament win, Eddie Gordon has seen his once promising mixed martial arts (MMA) career take a turn for the worse.
The 31-year-old was finished for the second time in three fights, suffering his third-straight loss (highlights here) to Antonio Carlos Jr. at UFC Fight Night 70. For the better part of the 14-minute affair, Gordon was outmatched and overwhelmed, succumbing to the pressure and takedowns of his much stronger Brazilian counterpart.
