Heavyweights Chris Daukaus and Shamil Abdurakhimov will have to wait another week before clashing in the octagon.
On Monday, Daukaus revealed that his fight with Abdurakhimov has been pulled from UFC Vegas 32 on July 24 and now the bout is expected to take place on the July 31 card instead. Additional sources close to the situation confirmed the news to MMA Fighting for the rescheduled matchup.
According to Daukaus, the fight with Abdurakhimov was delayed due to the COVID-19 protocols put in place by the UFC where the athletes as well as their coaches and training partners are all tested prior to the event.
