The UFC Prague main event just witnessed the promotion’s #6 ranked light heavyweight Thiago Santos take out the #4 ranked Jan Blachowicz with strikes in the third round.
The first and second round was a bit slow, with each man landing here and there, but not many wowing moments. The final round came and Blachowicz pressed the action, but paid a dear price for it. Santos clipped his opponent with a right-left punching combination that sent Blachowicz crashing to the canvas. Santos went right in for the kill, landing a barrage of hammerfists. The referee gave Blachowicz every opportunity to improve his position, but Santos was not letting up.
