Georges St-Pierre is recognized and lauded not only for his championship accolades but also his humble and down to earth demeanor.
As one of the greatest champions in UFC history, St-Pierre announced his return to the combat sports arena earlier this year and was expected to take on Michael Bisping for the middleweight title sometime in the Summer.
UFC president Dana White, however, called the fight off because GSP wanted to push the fight back to a later date. St-Pierre, though, contests that the UFC knew he wasn't available to fight in the Summer due to a lingering eye injury.
