Dwyer released the news on his Instagram page.
“Hey everyone it’s with a heavy heart that I have to inform you all that I was cut by the UFC. We’ve actually known since we got back from New Jersey but we had to wait for drug tests to come back before anything was final.”
This isn’t the end of Dwyer’s MMA journey, in fact the next chapter has already begun.
“We already have a fight booked, I’ll make a post about that later but for now I just want to say that this is one of those times where you have to play the hand you’ve been dealt,” Dwyer said in the Instagram post.
