Cage Warriors bantamweight king Jack Shore is taking his talents to the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Cage Warriors President Graham Boylan announced on Tuesday that Shore has signed with the Las Vegas-based promotion. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
“Super happy to hand Jack his UFC contract,” Boylan wrote. “Such an ambassador for our sport.”
A native of Wales, the 24-year-old Shore claimed the vacant 135-pound CW strap with a third-round TKO of Mike Ekundayo this past December. “Tank” then defended the crown with a submission of Scott Malone at Cage Warriors 104 on April 27.
