Following Cage Warriors having to move their upcoming event 200 miles across the country to keep the show alive, they have now been dealt another blow by losing two of their scheduled championship fights.
A highly anticipated interim featherweight title clash between French star, Morgan Charriere, and promotional newcomer, Darko Banovic, will no longer take place and Samir Faiddine’s first flyweight title defense against Englishman, Luke Shanks, has also been called off due to travel complications.
Furthermore, a UFC middleweight bout between SBG Ireland’s John Phillips and the undefeated, Dusko Todorovic, which was moved to Cage Warriors 113 after UFC London got cancelled, has also been pulled.
