Anthony Pettis announced his presence to the welterweight division in spectacular fashion, as he knocked out Stephen Thompson with a superman punch at 4:55 into the second round of their headlining encounter at UFC Fight Night 148 in Nashville, Tennessee, on Saturday night.
Making the feat even more impressive was the fact that Pettis was getting battered for the majority of the fight prior to the knockout.
