By the Numbers: UFC 186

Demetrious Johnson remains head and shoulders above the rest of the flyweight division.

The reigning 125-pound king outworked Kyoji Horiguchi for almost five full rounds in the UFC 186 headliner at the Bell Centre in Montreal on Saturday night. Johnson’s sparkling effort wasn’t enough to prevent the boo birds from voicing their disapproval, as the champion gradually sucked the drama out of the main event matchup.

Nonetheless, “Mighty Mouse” removed all doubt by submitting his Japanese foe via armbar with one second remaining in the 25-minute affair, giving himself the latest stoppage in UFC history.
