'Butterbean' can't see Athletic Commission 'approving' Mayweather vs. McGregor

Combat sports veteran Butterbean is the latest fighter to weigh in on the hyped boxing bout between Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Conor McGregor, and the 425 lbs. juggernaut can't see a deal being finalized.

Butterbean's reasoning was simple: If the Nevada Athletic Commission (NAC) wouldn't sanction his MMA fight against Mark Hunt, why would they approve of Mayweather vs. McGregor?

Butterbean, real name Eric Esch, has had a combined 126 professional fights in boxing, MMA, and kickboxing and was scheduled to take on 'The Super Samoan' at PRIDE 32 in 2006. The NAC, however, decided that Hunt was too big of a favorite and refused to sanction the fight.
