Bryan Barberena will cut back down to 155 pounds for his next UFC fight.
The UFC announced on Friday that “Bam Bam” is set to take on Joe Proctor in a lightweight bout at Nashville’s UFC Fight Night 106. The fight card takes place at the Bridgestone Arena on April 22.
Barberena (12-4) moved up to welterweight after going 1-1 in his first UFC bouts at 155 pounds, and defeated Sage Northcutt and Warlley Alves in 2016. “Bam Bam” will return to lightweight following a decision loss to Colby Covington.
