Sources close to Silva confirmed to MMAFighting’s Guilherme Cruz that the Brazilian has been forced out of the fight, which was scheduled as his UFC debut. News of Silva’s exit from the fight was initially reported by ESPN.
Silva was signed to the UFC after competing in M-1 Global for his past two fights while racking up four wins in a row overall.
