In the Super Bowl of mixed martial arts shouldn't UFC fighters be making more through sponsorship? The long country road UFC athletes walk to bigger and supposedly better pay days began with fighters thanking loyal sponsors after they won, weaved to the UFC taxing companies to advertise, and now makes a hard right towards a path paved in leftover Reebok cross trainers from the 90s. Starting in the back half of 2015, UFC fighters will only be allowed to wear officially licensed Reebok shorts in the Octagon.
So let the money train roll in? According to a letter sent out recently to all UFC fighters, um maybe those Reebok numbers do not look so appealing.
