On this Friday night's GLORY 21 SAN DIEGO card is a four-man ‘Heavyweight Qualification Tournament' which will earn the winner a spot in the division's next Contender Tournament, another four-man affair but one which carries a title shot as its main prize. All four fighters in Friday's tournament are therefore theoretically within four fights and wins of a title shot. Xavier Vigney vs. Maurice Jackson
This will be Vigney's third GLORY outing. He scored a stoppage win on his GLORY 10 debut and he repeated the feat in his sophomore outing at GLORY 19 earlier this year.
