Adrien Broner is still talking the talk.
Broner (30-2, 22 KOs), a former three-division world champion, will vie for his fourth such title as he takes on Khabib Allakhverdiev (19-1, 9 KOs) for the WBA super lightweight world title on Oct. 3 at the U.S. Bank Arena in Cincinnati. The contest will air live on Showtime.
“I’m excited to be back in Cincinnati taking on a tough world class fighter who is going to bring it,” said Broner, one of the sport’s most polarizing personalities. “This fight means the world to me. It’s a huge deal to have the chance to be a four-division world champion at 26 years old.
